Position 2. Mechanical Design Engineer :
7-8 members with some of following few skill sets
- Candidates with 3 years experience in product design in Machine Design, Industrial products, domain Capable of developing concepts for the new products.
- Good knowledge of Mechanical design tools like solid works, Pro-E, Unigraphics, Catia, PLM Tools (Enovia/Teamcenter/3dExperience).
- Capable of making detailed design of parts, assembly and checking for DFM. Knowledge of manufacturing process, GD & T and Quality checking.
- Design and development and Value Engineering (VAVE) in Terms of Weight & Cost Reduction of various parts Parts like Front frame, Side sill, Bulkhead, Cross member, and long member, etc for formability
- Release drawing to manufacturing and create EBOM (Engineering Bill of Materials)
- Conceptualize various Body in Weight (BIW) sheet metal as well as Plastic parts based on strength requirements, layout constraints
- Understanding the overall process for project execution & review the overall project phase.
- To confer with Engineering, productions and with others, to establish ad evaluate the design concepts for manufactured products, co-ordinate the look and function of product lines, design graphic material for use as parts on manufactured materials and packaging or containers.
- Coordinates the fabrications of computer assisted drafting models or samples and the drafting of working drawings and specifications sheets from client requirements, modify and redesign the drawings using working models, to conform with customer specifications, productions limitations or changes in the design, prepare sketches of ideas, detailed drawings, illustrations, artwork. And or blueprints using drafting instruments, paints and brushes, or computer-aided design equipment, present designs and reports to customers or design committees for approval and discuss to need for modifications.
- Design and optimization of mechanical components, Develop and test prototypes of devices and Provide Engineering Consultancy.
- Design and development of various Thermal system, viz Cabin HVAC, Power Electronics, etc
- Initial Packaging, Initial CAD Data package for supplier sourcing
- Design interface during the testing and validation; support design changes, packaging, supplier sourcing process, as requested

- Support all Design Reviews throughout the entire program

Position 3: Software Engineer
No of Positions : 7 to 8
Software engineers is needed in our in house project, for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software developed for CNC Automation. Also, Speed up our design process, productions and improve the efficiency by automating our design process by using latest IT Technologies.
To build this data platform & service ability using cloud service providers we need some specialty skills. The skills we are looking forward will be:
The suitable candidate that we see that fit these requirements would be a person with Software engineering background and have some highly specific specialty skills in the computer & AI algorithms, to help us support building this service platform for our company. We are actively looking for the candidate meeting some of the following few requirements.
i. Candidates with 3-5 years experience in Development of softwares. PLC logic for CNC Machine Tools, Automations.
ii. Capable of developing new softwares for the new products
iii. Complete knowledge of Electrical wiring, selection of Electrical and Electronic components and products required for each new product.
iv. Prove out of softwares, PLC logics on the new products.
v. Good knowledge on safety interlocks to cover TPM points
vi. Use necessary computer tools including: Java/J2EE, Python, Oracle, C, C++, FORTRAN
vii. Web design using HTML, CSS, XML, UI5 , Java script , React, webservices , xml , Node JS, etc.
viii. Development of various software application and scripts to speed of the current process

Educational Qualification:

Position 4. CAE Engineer
No of Position 3 to 4 members
- Minimum of 3+ years of industry experience as CAE analyst and specific solver software :Lsdyna, Abaqus, ANSYS, Nastran) usage depending on department specialty area.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience using pre-processor / post-processor tools (ANSA, Hyperworks) for complex geometry level CAE model construction, visualization, and analysis.

7.0 Business Sustainability Analyst
No of Positions: 2-3 members with following skill set
· Responsible for assessing companies and coming up with solutions to operational problems. Including analyzing financial reports, market research and operating procedures, strategizing ideas to improve business operations and meeting with company executives and stakeholders to provide suggestions based on their analysis.
· Develop and Implement Sustainability Data System utilizing advanced data analytics platforms.
· Creation and deployment of databases and software tools that facilitate real-time data tracking and reporting on key sustainability metrics such as energy consumption, waste management, and resource utilization.
· Implement greenhouse gas (GHG) data collection and conduct Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) for CNC designs to enhance sustainability within the design process.
· Responsible for conducting Lifecycle Assessment (LCA) This involves integrating LCA software and methodologies to provide actionable insights that help in minimizing the ecological footprint of our products. Conduct initial LCAs to evaluate the environmental impacts of key CNC components and identify areas for improvement.
· Develop and implement sustainability strategies and initiatives, aligning them with the organization's goals and objectives. Conduct thorough environmental assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
· Develop a framework for GHG data collection tailored to CNC design processes. Integrate sustainable practices across all CNC design operations. Achieve significant reductions in GHG emissions through continuous monitoring, assessment, and optimization of processes.
· Development of Data Analysis and Optimization Software tools using statistical Computer software programs viz., R, Python, and PowerBI, VBScripts, MATLAB, etc. Trouble shooting potential issues with data collection methods, refining data processes, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of sustainability data.
· Responsible for Development of Sustainability Metrics, for defining and refining the metrics used to measure and report on sustainability initiatives. This includes creating detailed specifications and guidelines for data measurement and reporting.
· Responsible for Stakeholder Engagement and Reporting, Influence stakeholders to support business projects, involves preparing and presenting detailed reports and presentations that summarize findings, progress, and strategies related to sustainability.
· Responsible for Project Management, Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects. This includes setting project goals, allocating resources, managing timelines, and ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

The nature of the duties associated with this role is specialized and complex, necessitating a deep understanding of data analysis, environmental impact assessments, and sustainability reporting.

8.0 Electrical Design Engineer
No of Position 2 to 3 members
- Develop new electrical systems for various Special Purpose Machine (SPM) CNC applications. Research systems ideas and draw up plans for these systems, using a computer design software and programs.
- Responsible for developing system specifications and layouts.
- Responsible for testing electrical design drawing and make adjustments as needed. In addition, provide support throughout the design process of the electrical systems they have designed.
- Designing Electrical Schematics for Control Panelboards for Press, CNC Tube bender tool.
- Design and Development of Special Purpose Machine (SPM) by using EPLAN P8 & Modeling of panel boards using Various CAD/CAM Tools Viz., Auto-desk Inventor-3D, Auto-CAD, Solid Works, CATIA, etc and General Arrangement for the machine.
- Use Various CAD design software programs to design and perfect new electrical systems, Troubleshoot potential issues, make changes to fix any issues, and create specifications and other details for these systems.
- Harness Design for system level Interface with PLC or I/O module.
- Signal list preparation for tool to assign the Input & output of the field devices.
- Create Software functional specification with detailed safety Interlock.
- Power calculation and load balancing for tool running steady, transient behavior.
